Absence

• Report an absence (full/part day).
• Documentation required for all appointments.
• Email documentation to agouraattendance@lvusd.org
• View the list of excused absences.

Reminders

• Errors in attendance reporting must be resolved between teacher and student.
• Absences must be reported within 72 Hours.

Off Campus Pass

Request for Early Dismissal

Leaving Early

• Call (818) 889-1262 before 9:30 am to request a pass.
• After 9:30 am, call to request a pass AND come in to check out your student.
• If student is not feeling well, they must check out through the health office.

Preplanned Absence: 2-4 days

• Fill out this required form.
• Obtain teacher signatures and submit for admin approval.

Tardy

• If arriving late, sign in at attendance office BEFORE going to class.
• If returning to campus from appointment, sign in at attendance office.

Preplanned Absence: 5+ days

• Fill out this required form for preapproval.
• Must submit 2 weeks before planned absence.
• Docusign contract must be signed by parent and student.
• Student arranges work with teachers.
