If you want to take a class off-campus and bring credit back to AHS, this form must be completed, submitted, and approved for all classes taken outside LVUSD. The course must be pre-approved before the student enrolls in any off-campus course or we cannot guarantee credit on the AHS transcript. *Please note: It can take up to 2 weeks to receive notification regarding your request.

Chargers! If you took an outside course this summer, you were required to get approval via our Concurrent Enrollment process.
Please note that the approved coursework needs to be completed and submitted via an official transcript submitted to our Counseling Office by Friday, August 18th, 2023. Please check with the program / institution to ensure prompt delivery of transcripts within that timeline.
Official Transcripts from your outside summer school organization should be sent to Ms. Lena Goryoka (our AHS Registrar, firstname.lastname@example.org) by the 8/18/23 deadline. Please check with your specific program to see if you need to request your transcript to be sent individually (mail, in person, or protected email digitally) or if they plan to send it to AHS on your behalf.
