Welcome to my website! Fall semester curriculum will include focus on safety and sanitation, equipment/tools, Mypyramid information, basic recipes and techniques of recipe preparation, labs including: eggs, meats, vegetables, salads & dressings, fruits, baked/leavened items, and milk/dairy recipes. Sprinkled in throughout the year we'll celebrate the holidays with interesting labs and creative endeavors. A student food demonstration will be completed in the classroom each semester. Spring semester we will study and make International country recipes.
