Description: If you are bringing a guest who does not attend Agoura High School, you MUST submit a guest pass. Guest passes must be completed before an Agoura student may purchase the guest's ticket. Remember that guests must be in high school and no older than 20. Any exceptions must be approved by Mrs. Marsilio.

Please follow these steps:

1. Download the guest pass document
2. Fill out the guest pass and have your parents sign it.
3. Give your guest the guest pass and have his/her parent sign the form.
4. If your guest goes to a high school, have the guest bring the pass to his/her school for an administrator to sign. The administrator must attach a business card to the guest pass.
5. If your guest does not go to a high school, make a photocopy of the guest's id (driver's license or college id) and attach it to the guest pass.
6. Bring the guest pass to the Attendance office for Mrs. Marsilio to sign.
